INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PERSONS
Preparing time: 15 minutes
5/6 tea spoons of porcini powder.
1 glass of daily fresh whole milk.
1 nut of butter.
¾ of dense milk cream.
1 pinch of salt, pepper and nutmeg.
With moderate fire, put the butter into the milk adding the porcini powder.
At boiling, add the milk cream without stopping melting and the three spices.
When the porcini sauce is dense, it’s ready and must be served hot.
It can be used to garnish meat, fish, pasta, pizza etc but the best way is over a raw/medium beef filet and a good red wine (like a Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOC).
