Grind the truffle with a (cheese or coffee) grinder. Put it into a bowl containing peanuts oil (other oils, including the extra-virgin olive oil cover its flavor). Press well the truffles with a fork into the oil for a few minutes. Add only salt. Let it breath for a couple of hours, like a good wine. Before serving it, briefly warm the sauce without cooking it.
Eggs, toasts and pasta are excellent combinations.
